What you list is what guests see and pay: Ravaaq adds nothing for them. Ravaaq takes one fee from each booking, up to 12%, confirmed when we review your listing, and that's all it takes. Taxes on what you earn are yours to file; you'll see what they come to on every booking, for your records. Your cleaning fee is paid to you in full.
Paid before anyone talks
You and a guest can only message once their booking is confirmed and paid, so prices are never haggled off the platform.
Your address stays private
Guests browsing see your neighbourhood, not your door. The exact address goes only to guests who have paid.
Check-in codes for paid stays only
Self check-in details are issued once a booking is paid, never before.
